About this spot

One of the main gateways on the western side of Miyake Island and the venue for tonight's fireworks display. As evening approaches, people gradually begin to gather for fireworks viewing. While gathering around a bento or light snacks you've brought, watch the sunset over the sea and wait for darkness to fall. You can spend an open and peaceful time in the tranquil seaside atmosphere of the island.

三宅島の夏を彩る、マリンスコーレ21フェスティバルの締めくくりとなる花火大会です。錆ヶ浜港の夜空に花火が打ち上がり、静かな島の夜を華やかに彩ります。打ち上げ数の公表はありませんが、火山島ならではの自然と歴史を1日かけて巡ったあとに見上げる花火は、忘れられない特別なひとときになるはずです。周囲に高い建物が少ない島ならではの、遮るもののない花火の眺めも魅力です。

Tips

荒天時は中止となる場合があるため、当日の開催可否は三宅村の公式発表で確認しましょう。島内は街灯が少ないため、懐中電灯を持参すると安心です。船やヘリコミューターの時刻を事前に確認しておきましょう。
