This campground area spreads along the shore of Lake Abashiri (Abashiri-ko), the same spot where the fireworks display takes place at night. During the day, enjoy a relaxed stroll along the lakeshore or a rental boat ride while feeling the pleasant breeze off the water. It's a place where you can fully take in the expansive Hokkaido-style scale of sky and lake, and knowing you'll return to watch fireworks over the same spot at night makes spending the whole day by this lake a special experience. A shop and cooking facilities are also available, making it convenient for taking breaks.

2026年8月1日(土)開催、網走湖のほとりを舞台にした水上花火大会です。湖上から打ち上がる約3,000発の花火は、広い北海道の夜空いっぱいに大きく広がります。風がなく穏やかな夜は、静かな湖面に花火の光が映り込み、まるで2つの花火を同時に見ているかのような美しさです。昼間に訪れた湖のほとりで夜の花火を見上げる時間は、1日の締めくくりにふさわしい特別なひとときになります。

Tips

荒天時は中止や順延の可能性があるため、当日は主催者の公式発表を確認しましょう。北海道の夜は真夏でも冷え込むことがあるため、羽織ものを忘れずに。終了後は駐車場や道路が混み合うため、時間に余裕を持って移動しましょう。
