占冠村ふるさと祭りのクライマックス、占冠村農村公園で行われる大花火大会です。2026年8月1日(土)、村の夜空に約1,000発の花火が次々と打ち上がります。会場と打ち上げ場所が近く、自分に落ちてきそうなほどの近距離で花火を見上げられる大迫力が、この村の花火大会ならではの魅力です。周囲を山に囲まれているため音がよく響き、都市部の花火大会とはひと味違う臨場感を味わえます。第52回を数える、地元で長く愛されてきた夏祭りの締めくくりです。
Tips
荒天時は中止や順延になる場合があるため、当日は占冠村や観光協会の発表で開催可否を確認しましょう。標高が高く夜は真夏でも冷え込むため、羽織ものを忘れずに。終了後は帰りの道が混み合うため、時間差での移動がおすすめです。

Just a few minutes by car from the roadside station. Some areas have slippery footing, so wear shoes suitable for getting wet when playing in water. In case of bad weather or high water, check river conditions before approaching the water.
