About this spot

This scenic spot, floating offshore from Samani's coast, gets its name from the three rocks of varying sizes that appear to huddle together like a parent and children. Known as a leading photo spot in the Hidaka region, the contrast between the rocks and the blue sea is beautiful to see on a clear day. The coast is developed with a promenade, and the appeal lies in being able to stroll leisurely while feeling the sea breeze. It's a fitting moment to catch your breath with an ocean view after observing Mt. Apoi's nature.

Tips

It's convenient to drive here from the Mt. Apoi Geopark Visitor Center. Parking space is available at the viewpoint. There's little to block the sun, so bring a hat and sunscreen.
