About this spot

A scenic spot off the coast of Samani, featuring three rocks of varying sizes that appear to nestle together like a parent and children—hence the name. Known as a representative photo spot in the Hidaka region, the contrast between the rocks and the blue sea is beautiful on clear days. The coastline is maintained as a walking path, perfect for a leisurely stroll while enjoying the sea breeze. It's an ideal time to relax by the sea views after observing the nature of Mount Apoi.

2026年8月1日(土)開催、様似町錦町を会場にした日高地方の夏祭りです。アポイ岳と海に囲まれた自然豊かな町の夜空に、花火が次々と打ち上がります。打上数の公式発表は確認されていませんが、海辺の静けさの中で見上げる花火は、都会の花火大会とはひと味違う趣があります。港町らしい素朴な雰囲気とともに、様似の夏の思い出を締めくくるひとときを楽しみましょう。

Tips

荒天時の開催可否は主催者の発表で確認を。夜は気温が下がりやすいので羽織ものを忘れずに。会場周辺は駐車スペースが限られるため、早めの到着がおすすめです。

Tips

It is convenient to drive from the Apoi Dake Geopark Visitor Center. A parking area is provided at the viewing spot. Since there is little shade, prepare a hat and sunscreen.
