About this spot

This is the tourist information center Mina Sama ni (みな様に), located on Odori in Samani-cho. Inside, photos, panels, and various pamphlets introduce the Mt. Apoi Geopark and Samani-cho, and staff can also give you information on sightseeing spots, lodging, and restaurants both in and outside town. The souvenir shop sells Samani's specialty products and goods. Spend some relaxed time here shopping for souvenirs before the fireworks display.

Tips

Just a few minutes by car from Oyako Iwa. In summer, you can sometimes enjoy light meals made with Hidaka seafood, so it's also convenient for filling a small hunger. Business hours vary by season, so it's reassuring to check in advance.
