In the evening, a calm atmosphere for dinner settles over the hot spring town. On festival day, local food stalls sometimes appear, making it a valuable time to procure hot spring town-like food. Before heading to the Muka River bank, which is the venue for the fireworks, let's have a good meal during this time. The hustle and bustle of lodging guests and locals mingling is also an atmosphere unique to the festival.

2026年8月2日(日)開催、前夜祭の8月1日から続く「おんねゆ温泉まつり」を締めくくる花火大会です。会場の無加川河畔は温泉街のすぐそばにあり、約1,000発の花火が川面を照らしながら夜空に打ち上がります。短い時間の中に凝縮された花火は、温泉街の灯りと相まって情緒たっぷりの光景を生み出します。地域に根づいたアットホームな雰囲気のまつりです。
Tips
20時から20分間という短い開催時間なので、開始前に余裕を持って場所を確保しておきましょう。荒天時は中止の可能性があるため、当日は北見市の公式発表で確認を。終了後は温泉街の道が混み合うため、慌てず歩いての移動がおすすめです。
Tips
It's right near the wooden bear street. Shops around the venue get crowded just before the fireworks, so buying here is recommended. It's a walkable distance to the Muka River bank.
Best time to visit
About 1 hour 30 minutes required. Late afternoon, when it's becoming cooler before sunset, is pleasant.
