Coastal Walk with Views of Legendary Rock Formations

About this spot

A natural phenomenon where seawater shoots up dramatically through crevices in the rocks along Toyoura's coast, powered by the force of waves. Known as a scenic spot with legends connected to Emperor Antoku, it presents a spectacular sight during rough seas when the water fountains higher. The coastal area is developed as a walking path, perfect for leisurely strolls while enjoying the sea breeze. Easily accessible from Michi-no-Eki Toyoura, it's an ideal afternoon activity.
