A rural settlement at about 300 meters elevation where thatched-roof old farmhouses and rice terraces still remain. 2026年8月1日(土)開催、45回を数える吉永町サマーフェスティバルの花火大会です。会場周辺の夜空に花火が次々と打ち上がり、山あいの町に音が響き渡ります。地域の人たちが長年育んできた手作りの夏まつりで、観覧客との距離も近く、身近な場所で花火の迫力を感じられるのが魅力です。静かな山あいの町を一夜だけ彩る、地元に根ざした夏の風物詩です。
Tips
荒天時は中止または順延の場合があるため、当日は主催者の発表を確認しましょう。夜は山あいで冷え込みやすいので羽織ものを忘れずに。終了後は周辺道路が混み合うため、少し余韻を楽しんでからの移動がおすすめです。

About 15 minutes by car from Kaitoku Gakko, passing through mountain roads, so drive carefully. Restrooms and shops are limited, so it's best to take care of these beforehand.
