The climax of the Tamano Festival, this fireworks display launches from off Uno Port's First Pier (宇野港第一突堤). At 7:40pm on Sunday, August 2, 2026, about 3,000 fireworks bloom one after another in the night sky over the harbor. The impressive program includes large shakudama shells, and the fireworks overlapping with the sight of ferries passing through the harbor create a scene unique to Tamano. Now in its 57th year, this long-loved local summer festival draws large crowds of families for its grand finale.
