An experiential history park featuring life-sized reconstructions of Yayoi period pit dwellings and Kofun period houses. Ancient buildings are scattered throughout the grounds, and families can stroll through scenery that feels like stepping back in time. The spacious grounds offer plenty of room to relax and enjoy, and the museum displays artifacts from excavations, making it an enjoyable way to learn about ancient life. 高川原駅から徒歩圏内です。会場周辺は当日混雑するため、早めの到着がおすすめです。荒天時は中止や延期の場合があるため、開催可否は石井町の公式発表で確認してください。

About 10 minutes by car from Dogaku-ji. Since outdoor exhibits are the main focus, remember hats, sunscreen, and plenty of water during the summer months. The lawn area is great for relaxing, so bringing a leisure sheet is recommended.
Best time to visit
About 1 hour and 20 minutes. Mid-afternoon when the sun is gentler is recommended for a comfortable visit.
