This small beach, spread across the Akadomari area, is cherished by locals. It doesn't have the bustle of a city beach, but that's exactly what makes it appealing for a quiet, calm time. Gazing at the clear sea and Sado's laid-back coastline, families can enjoy a relaxed summer afternoon dipping their feet in the water's edge or searching for seashells.

Tips

About 15 minutes by car from Rengebuji Temple. There are few facilities like shops, so it's reassuring to bring your own drinks and snacks. Lifeguards are often absent if you go into the water, so enjoy it within a comfortable, safe range.

Best time to visit

About 1 hour 30 minutes. The time closer to evening, when the sunlight softens, is recommended.
