Discover the Story of a Song Connected to Imazu and Feel the History of This Lakeside Town
About this spot
This is a museum dedicated to the Lake Biwa Circumnavigation Song, a song about Lake Biwa that continues to be sung to this day. Because a verse of this song mentions Imazu Beach, this historic building in Imazu introduces the story of how the song was born and the connection between Lake Biwa and Imazu. The compact museum is sized for you to leisurely explore, making it a perfect start to your day discovering the history of the lakeside town of Imazu.

Tips
