This fireworks festival, held at the special venue at Seseragi Plaza in the Yubetsu River green space, announces the shift from summer to autumn. From 7:30 PM, about 6,000 fireworks color Yubetsu's night sky, their sound resonating pleasantly alongside the murmur of the river. Timed with the cosmos flowering season, it's a fireworks festival with the warm, local character distinctive of the area.
