This town-run museum displays paintings and materials connected to the Mogami River. Through its works, you can sense Oishida's history of prosperity through boat transport and the cultural connections the river brought. The museum is air-conditioned, so being able to cool off while viewing the exhibits during the hot part of summer is a welcome bonus.

About 10 minutes on foot from Oishida Kashi (大石田河岸). The exhibits may change seasonally, so it's reassuring to check in advance.
