Surrounded by green hills, this quiet cove offers a gentler charm of the island's sea, different from the cliffside scenery at the Akasaki Promenade. Even without swimming, simply playing in the water at the shoreline is plenty enjoyable, letting you spend a relaxed afternoon on island time. As evening approaches, the sunlight softens, making it even more comfortable.

Tips

Reach here from the Akasaki Promenade by bus or car. Facilities such as restrooms and showers are basic, so bringing a towel and a change of clothes is reassuring. It is also reassuring to check the swimming season and whether lifeguards are on duty beforehand. Next, move to the village near the harbor for dinner.
