About this spot
This shrine is said to have a long history even among Iki Island's shrines, and the verdant grounds are also known for the stone statues of monkeys lined up throughout.
Tips
Tips
About 10 minutes by car from Katsumoto town. Since there are stone steps and slopes, comfortable walking shoes are recommended. The next destination, Katsumoto Castle Ruins (勝本城跡), is about 5 minutes away by car.
