A shrine representative of Moricho that has gathered faith since ancient times as the Ichinomiya of Tōtoumi Province. The approach path that extends from the grand torii gate to the main hall is surrounded by tall cedar trees with high age, and a cool breeze drifts through even in summer. Known for its blessing of good relationships, the grounds feature a well-maintained garden where you can enjoy seasonal flowers throughout the year. This is a perfect place during the morning before the fireworks festival to calm your mind in a quiet sacred grove.

Tips

About 15 minutes by car from the center of Moricho. The approach path is gravel and quite long, so comfortable walking shoes are recommended. There's plenty of tree shade in summer, making it relatively comfortable, but don't forget to stay hydrated.
