A temple cherished as the "Hydrangea Temple" because approximately 40,000 hydrangeas color its grounds in early summer. While August is past the hydrangea season, the lush garden and peaceful atmosphere of the grounds are equally enjoyable in summer. It's close to Oguni Shrine and pairs well as part of a shrine and temple tour course. Take a break in the shaded grounds and prepare for your afternoon walk.

About 10 minutes by car from Oguni Shrine. There are many mosquitoes in summer, so insect repellent is recommended. The grounds have uneven terrain, so wear comfortable clothing for your visit.
