2026年8月15日(土)開催、大山のふもとに広がる伯耆町岸本地区の夏を締めくくる祭りです。まず豊年を願う盆踊りが行われ、輪になって踊る地域の人々の姿を見物したあと、夜空に花火が打ち上がります。打ち上げ数の公式な発表はありませんが、地域に根づいたお盆の行事として長く親しまれてきた、温かみのある花火大会です。太鼓や音頭の音とともに見上げる花火は、都会の花火大会とはまた違う趣きがあります。

荒天時は中止や延期の可能性があるため、当日は伯耆町の公式発表を確認しましょう。終了後は周辺道路が混み合うため、少し時間を置いてからの移動がおすすめです。田んぼ道は夜間とても暗いので足元にご注意を。

About 10 minutes by car from the Shoji Ueda Photography Museum. Shop operating hours vary by store, so visiting early in the day is recommended if you're interested. The Kamo River riverbed is within walking distance from here.
