Kaminarioshima, located off the Umigata area of Tarumizu, is a scenic spot consisting of several small islands where locals have long found peace. A leisurely stroll along the coastal path while viewing its serene landscape allows you to experience the quiet character of Kinkowan Bay. Sakurajima is also visible across the bay, offering you time to enjoy the seascape unique to Tarumizu where sea and mountains intertwine. As evening approaches and temperatures cool, this is an ideal time for a family walk.

荒天時は中止や延期の可能性があるため、当日は垂水市の公式発表を確認しましょう。終了直後はフェリーターミナルや周辺道路が大変混雑するため、少し余韻を楽しんでからの移動がおすすめです。海沿いの夜道は暗いので足元にご注意を。

Tips

About 10 minutes by car from the Kamoji-Tarumizu Ferry Terminal. Viewpoints are limited, so follow any directional signs. On sunny days, shade is scarce, so remember to bring a hat and water.
