About this spot

This park spreads across a hilltop in the northern part of Yokkaichi City, and its large roller slide, which makes use of the terrain, is a popular draw. From the observation plaza, you can look out over the streets of Yokkaichi and even Ise Bay (伊勢湾) in the distance, making it a place to enjoy the scenery as well as the play equipment. A lawn plaza and walking paths are also in place, making it perfect for the whole family to refresh themselves while staying active. It's a recommended spot to let the kids play to their heart's content before the festival's main event.

Tips

The slide is quite long, so bringing a change of clothes and a towel is reassuring. There's a slope between the parking lot and the play area, so wear comfortable walking shoes.

Best time to visit

About 50 minutes. The afternoon, when the sunlight is a bit gentler, is easiest for playing.
