This is the gateway to Toyooka City on the JR San'in Main Line. Before heading to the 'Atago Fire Festival' held at night at Ifukube Shrine, having an early dinner at a restaurant near the station lets you head to the evening event feeling relaxed. The area in front of the station has a calm atmosphere in the evening, making it a good time to pause and reflect on the day's stroll.
Tips
It's convenient to drive to Ifukube Shrine. The surrounding roads get dark at night, so try to move early. It's also reassuring to use the restroom here beforehand.
