This museum, adjacent to Saitama Prefectural Sayama Inariyama Park (埼玉県営狭山稲荷山公園), features exhibits on the history and production methods of Sayama tea as well as the folklore and nature of Sayama City. Sayama tea is famous for its rich flavor, celebrated in the saying, 《The color is Shizuoka's, the aroma is Uji's, but the taste settles with Sayama》, and it's a valuable chance to learn about this local industry's history. The building is air-conditioned, making it a good place to cool off from the summer heat while you look around. Learning about the region before the festival lets you enjoy Sayama's summer even more deeply.
