瀬戸内海に浮かぶ姫島全体を舞台に、2026年は8月14日・15日の2日間にわたって開催される盆踊りです。中央広場(フェリー広場)をはじめ、島内各地区に設けられた盆坪でそれぞれに踊りの輪が広がり、小さな島全体が一体となって夏の夜を彩ります。「キツネ踊り」など姫島ならではの独特な踊りも見どころのひとつで、地域の人々が大切に受け継いできた伝統の踊りを間近に感じられます。海に囲まれた島だからこそ味わえる、静かで温かみのある盆踊りのひとときです。
Tips
島内の移動は徒歩が基本となるため、歩きやすい靴で参加しましょう。フェリーで来島する場合は帰りの最終便の時刻を必ず確認しておくことが大切です。夜は海風で涼しくなることがあるため、羽織ものがあると安心です。

Note that stones may not be removable; check local regulations. The ground is rocky and may be difficult to walk on, so comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

Takes about 50 minutes. The afternoon sunlight makes the obsidian shine beautifully.
