About this spot

A local hot-spring facility that makes use of the hot springs welling up in Yamaga-machi, featuring a free footbath where you can easily soothe feet tired from walking the gorge. Built in a quiet setting among the mountains, it is a place where you can spend a relaxed time gazing at the surrounding greenery. Day-trip bathing is also available, and it is popular as a place of relaxation for local residents. It makes an ideal rest stop for catching your breath before the summer festival.

Tips

It is convenient to bring a towel for the footbath. If you plan to use the day-trip bathing service, check the opening hours in advance.
