A park developed on a hilltop overlooking Ayukawa Port, offering one of the most spectacular views of the Oshika Peninsula—a view of Kinkazan, the sacred island, floating in the Pacific Ocean. The name derives from a former guardhouse that once monitored foreign ships, revealing its strategic location for watching the sea. On clear days, the contrast between the blue ocean and Kinkazan's green hills is beautiful, perfect for family photos.

Driving from Oshika Whale Land is convenient. Keep an eye on children around the viewing areas—stay behind the guardrails. Be mindful of strong sea breezes; hold onto hats.

Approximately 45 minutes. Early afternoon when the air is clear, Kinkazan appears most distinctly.
