A park developed on the shores of a dam lake in the Asakura district of Imabari City, where you can enjoy quiet waterside views surrounded by mountains. A walking trail is developed along the lakeside, making it appealing for leisurely strolls while enjoying seasonal greenery. With its peaceful countryside atmosphere away from urban hustle and bustle, it's the perfect place to spend relaxed time before the summer festival.

Tips

The path from the parking area to the lakeside is gently sloped. Insect repellent spray is recommended in summer as there are many insects. Bring drinks as there are areas with little shade.

Best time to visit

Approximately 50 minutes required. The cool hours from morning through midday are most comfortable for walking.
