A historic site said to have been the location of the residence of the Iwakura Oda clan, which ruled this region during the Sengoku period. While no buildings from that era remain today, through signs and historical markers, you can trace the history of this region deeply connected to Oda Nobunaga. Despite its compact size, it's an essential spot for understanding how the town of Iwakura was formed.

岩倉市のアデリア総合体育文化センター駐車場で開かれる、市民手作りの夏祭りです。2026年は8月21日(金)・22日(土)の開催で、その初日を訪れます。17時30分からは「いわくらdeナイトマルシェ」が始まり、フードやドリンク、ゲームブースが並ぶ夜市の雰囲気を楽しめるのが大きな魅力です。夜になると盆おどりの輪が広がり、地元の子どもから大人まで一緒になって踊る、コンパクトな町ならではのアットホームな夏祭りの夜を過ごせます。

Tips

駐車場は会場としても利用されるため、来場は公共交通機関や徒歩がおすすめです。マルシェのブースは現金での支払いが中心のため、小銭を多めに用意しておくと安心です。夜は屋外での立ち見が中心となるため、うちわなどで涼をとりながら過ごしましょう。
