The first day takes place across a wide area spanning Odiya city center, Senshu Hill, and the Shinano River riverbank. As evening falls, fireworks light up the Shinano River, and crowds gather around Senshu Hill, immersing the entire region in festive energy. After experiencing ornamental carp, bull-wrestling, and earthquake recovery history during the day, enjoy the spectacular fireworks and festival atmosphere with your family in the evening.

Tips

Arriving from 5 PM onward. The most spectacular viewing is around 7-8 PM when fireworks are launched.
