苅田町役場の東側駐車場を会場に、地域の青年経済人グループが中心となって開催する夏恒例の盆踊りイベントです。大規模な祭りとは違うアットホームな雰囲気の中、音楽に合わせて踊りの輪が広がり、地域の子どもから大人まで一緒に楽しめる催しとなっています。港町・苅田らしい家族的な温かさが感じられる、夏の締めくくりにふさわしい夕べです。
