This spacious park along the Kokai River features wide lawns and play equipment. Amid open scenery, you can enjoy ball games and walks, and it's a beloved place for families to relax together. Because a pleasant river breeze blows through the area, it stays relatively comfortable even on summer afternoons. It's a great spot to get moving and refresh before the main festival.

Tips

It's convenient to travel here by car from Itabashi Fudoson. There is little shade in the lawn areas, so bring a hat and drinks in summer.

About 1 hour. It's recommended to visit in the afternoon once the sunlight has softened.
