This Western-style building in French Renaissance style was constructed in 1907 for the visit of the Crown Prince (later Emperor Taisho) to the San'in region. Set against the greenery of Kyusho Park, its beautiful appearance has made it beloved as one of Tottori City's representative pieces of modern architecture.
