Enjoy water play until evening on the floating obstacle course

About this spot

This floating aquatic obstacle course operates in 2026 from July through August, from 9:00 to 17:00 with multiple time slots (regular operation begins Monday, July 27). Floating bridges, trampolines, slides and other obstacle features are linked together on the calm water at Katsuura Seaside Base, so you can play with your sense of balance while sending up plenty of spray. Play is based on wearing a life jacket, so it is set up for children who are not confident swimmers to try alongside a guardian. You can enjoy summer water play that feels distinctly Katsuura, moving your body with the blue sea right there beside you.

Tips

The noon slot lets you check in before the peak of the crowds and gives you plenty of play time until the 17:00 close
