Abasse Takata (アバッセたかた) is a commercial complex developed in the central district of Rikuzentakata City. A supermarket, restaurants and a library are gathered here, so you can casually enjoy a meal made with local ingredients. It is perfect for filling up before heading to the water athletic park, and being able to rest indoors is another welcome point. It is also known as a hub of the area's new liveliness.

高田松原ウォーターパークは、岩手県陸前高田市高田町の高田松原海水浴場に登場する水上アスレチックです。2026年は7月18日(土)から8月16日(日)までの営業で、9時から16時までの間、50分の入替制で運営されます。海面に浮かぶ浮き橋やトランポリン、滑り台などのアスレチック設備が連なり、バランス感覚を使いながら水しぶきをあげて遊べるのが魅力です。ライフジャケットを着用しての遊びが基本となるため、泳ぎに自信のない子どもでも保護者と一緒に挑戦しやすい構成です。震災を乗り越えた美しい海辺で、家族で明るい夏の思い出を作れる1日のクライマックスです。

料金や設備の詳細、当日の時間帯枠は公式サイトで事前に確認してから向かうと安心です。濡れても良い服装と、脱いだ服や貴重品をまとめておける袋を用意しておきましょう。営業終了の16時までに退場できるよう、入場時間には余裕を持ちましょう。
Tips
It sits along the road toward Takata Matsubara and has ample parking. It can get crowded at lunchtime, so arriving around 11 a.m. goes smoothly. Stocking up here on drinks and snacks for water play is also recommended.

About 45 minutes. Finishing your meal properly before the water athletic park makes the afternoon easier to plan.
