Water play until evening in an indoor heated pool using waste heat from an incineration plant
About this spot
An indoor heated pool inside the Iriezaki Comprehensive Sludge Center in Kawasaki Ward, making use of waste heat from the incineration plant. In 2026 it is available year-round from April 1, with hours from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. (from 9:00 a.m. in July and August). Being indoors, it is unaffected by the weather, so you can enjoy water play as planned even on rainy days, which is a great appeal. Because the water temperature is managed, it stays relatively comfortable even in chilly seasons. Enter at an easy pace in the afternoon and spend a relaxed time swimming and floating until evening.
