The rice terraces in Ishibu, Matsuzaki Town, are terraced fields spreading across a slope overlooking Suruga Bay, a scenic spot unique to West Izu where you can enjoy the sea and rural landscape at once. The contrast between the lush green summer rice and the blue sea is beautiful, and it also suits strolling at a relaxed pace while taking photos. It rarely gets crowded with tourists, so you can enjoy the view quietly, which is another attraction. As a short break before sea bathing, spend some relaxed time feeling the sea breeze and the scent of the fields.

Venue: 松崎町雲見・雲見海岸

松崎町雲見にある雲見海水浴場は、2026年は7月25日(土)から8月16日(日)まで開設され(7月18日から20日にも先行開設)、遊泳時間は9時から16時までです。駿河湾に面した入り江に抱かれた砂浜は波が穏やかで、沖には雲見のシンボルである牛着岩を望むことができます。西伊豆ならではの美しい海岸美を眺めながら、波打ち際の水遊びから砂遊びまで営業終了の16時までのびのびと過ごせます。夕陽の名所としても知られるエリアなので、時間が許せば夕方の空の色の変化も楽しみのひとつです。

Tips

設備の詳細は事前に松崎町の公式情報で確認するのがおすすめです。遊泳時間は16時までのため、着替えの時間も見込んで余裕を持って切り上げましょう。夏の砂浜は熱くなるので、ビーチサンダルは必携です。

Tips

About 10 minutes by car from Kumomi Beach. Walk the paths among the fields with care so as not to interfere with farm work. Parking space is limited, so avoiding roadside parking is good manners.
