About this spot

Hitokura Park makes full use of the natural woodland terrain, with plenty of easy resting spots where trees and lawns intermingle. The 12:00 to 13:00 window, when the Hill Stream stops for equipment inspection, is exactly the right time for lunch. Spread a picnic sheet in the shade of the trees and take your time over the meal you brought. There are not many shops in the park, so preparing food and drinks before you set out is the safe choice. Once you have finished eating, change into swimwear and head to the Hill Stream in time for the 13:00 restart.

兵庫県立一庫公園丘の流れは、高低差およそ20メートル・全長およそ210メートルにわたって水を流す水景施設です。2026年は7月18日(土)から8月30日(日)まで、10:00頃から12:00と13:00頃から16:00頃の二部制で通水され、12:00から13:00は設備点検のため停止します。9月は土日祝のみの通水です。平らな池と違って斜面を長く流れ下るつくりなので、上から下へ歩きながら水の速さや深さの変化を体で感じられるのが、この場所ならではの面白さ。料金は無料ですが、シャワーと更衣室はなく、スリッパやサンダルでの入水はできません(ウォーターシューズは使えます)。雨天のときや水の汚れ・詰まりがあったときは停止する場合があるため、出発前に公園の最新のお知らせを確かめてください。

Tips

足元は必ずウォーターシューズにしてください。斜面を流れる構造なので、走らずに歩くことを先に約束しておくと安心です。着替えはトイレを使うことになるので、バスタオルを一枚多めに持っていくと困りません。ぬれた服とシューズを入れるビニール袋を人数分用意しておくと帰りが快適です。16:00頃には通水が終わるので、遅くとも15時までには水に入っておきましょう。

Tips

There are no showers or changing rooms, so you will need to use the toilets to change. Wearing swimwear under your clothes cuts down on changing time. Rubbish must be taken home as a rule, so bring extra bags. Even in the shade it gets hot in midsummer, so cool packs or frozen drinks make things far more comfortable.
