The Nopporo Suehirocho Park Water Play Area is a free water play spot in Ebetsu City. The 2026 opening period has not been announced yet, but in most years the water is filled to match the summer holiday season. The great appeal is that the water is shallow, so even a child who has only just started walking can dip their feet in and play. Because it is a park within a residential district, it is easy to keep an eye on things, and adults can relax in the shade while watching over the children. Stopping here after all that walking at the museum and the Historical Village, the cool water feels wonderful on flushed bodies and tired feet.
