The wading pool at Koyozan-Minami Park is a free water-play spot in Ishikari City. In 2026 it is open from Monday, June 15 to Tuesday, September 15, from 10:00 to 16:00, with hours extended to 9:00-18:00 during the summer holidays of the city's elementary schools. The water is shallow, so even children who have only just started walking can dip their feet in and play, which is its great appeal. Being a park inside a residential area, it is easy to keep an eye on everyone, and adults can settle in the shade of the trees and watch over them at leisure.
