The Asabu Park Landscape Waterway (麻生公園 修景水路) is a free water-play spot in Asabu Park in Kita Ward, Sapporo. In 2026 it is open from Sunday, July 5 to Sunday, August 23, from 9:00 to 16:00. Because it is a shallow landscape channel there is no need to worry about depth, and even children who have only just started walking can begin simply by dipping their feet. Playing while walking along the long, narrow channel is a pleasure a pool cannot offer. It is within walking distance of both Asabu subway station and the JR station, a real advantage for those without a car.
