This is a large shopping center in Onitaka, Ichikawa City. Its strength is the wide range of dining options, so everyone is satisfied even when children's tastes differ. The air-conditioned interior is also a reliable place to cool down before heading out to play in the afternoon. Osu Disaster Prevention Park is assumed to have no shop, so buying drinks, spare towels, and sunscreen here is the safe approach. There is a nursing room and a baby rest area, making it a comfortable midday base even with an infant.

Tips

The restaurants get crowded around noon on weekends, so arriving a little earlier or shifting to after 13:00 makes seats easier to find. Do not forget a plastic bag for wet clothes. Because the water-play opening period has not been announced, checking with the park management office (047-379-3577) before heading to the park will save you a wasted trip. The parking lot is large, but it can take time to get in around midday on weekends.

Best time to visit

About 1 hour 20 minutes. To avoid the crowds, before 12:00 or after 13:00 is most comfortable
