The shop and restaurant inside Omiya Hana-no-Oka Agricultural and Forestry Park. Local farm produce and processed goods are on display, letting you taste the agricultural and forestry bounty the park is named for. The greatest advantage is that lunch is handled without leaving the grounds, which means far less moving around with children. Sitting down to eat in an air-conditioned space also clears away the fatigue built up in the morning heat. If anything is missing before water play, you can top up your supplies here.

さいたま市西区の大宮花の丘農林公苑にある「大宮花の丘農林公苑親水広場（じゃぶじゃぶ池）」です。2026年は7月20日(月)から8月31日(月)まで、9:00〜16:00の時間帯に開かれます(清掃等により利用できない場合あり)。利用は無料で、園内にはトイレのほか売店の花の食品館とレストランがそろっているため、飲み物や食事の心配をせずに1日過ごせるのが大きな利点です。花畑に囲まれた開放的な立地なので、水遊びのあいまに散歩を楽しむこともできます。ペットの入場はできない点だけ、事前に確認しておいてください。夏休みの1か月半だけの開放なので、行きたい日は早めに押さえておきましょう。

Tips

清掃等により利用できない日があるため、遠方から向かう場合は公苑の公式サイトで当日の状況を確認しておくと安心です。ペットの入場はできません。更衣室の記載はないので、水着は服の下に着ていくのが確実。水遊び後は水道で足をよく洗い、木陰で休憩をはさみながら遊びましょう。終了は16:00なので、15時半をめどに片づけを始めると余裕を持って帰れます。

Tips

Business hours and closing days can change with the season, so checking the park's official website is the sure way to be certain. It can get busy at midday, so shifting to the second half of the 11 o'clock hour or after 1 p.m. lets you eat in peace. Eating too much makes afternoon water play hard going, so a light lunch is the right call.
