The quiet, air-conditioned space is ideal for letting the hottest hours of midsummer pass. Resting up before water play makes a real difference to how much energy is left for the waterside in the afternoon. It is also close to Higashi-Omiya Shinsui Park (東大宮親水公園), which makes it a handy place to fill the wait before water play.
