Draining begins around 15:00, so if you want plenty of play time, entering early in the afternoon is recommended. Use is free, a children's zoo with free admission adjoins it in the same park, and restrooms are well provided. The rural landscape of the Minuma rice fields spreads all around, and being able to play in the water in a quiet setting ringed by greenery is unique to this park. With a zoo and water play in one place, both of them free, it is a strong ally for the summer holidays.

Tips

It is closed for cleaning on Monday, July 27, Monday, August 10, and Monday, August 24. It also closes during bad weather or an approaching typhoon, so check the park's official website for the day's status before setting out. Draining begins around 15:00, so if you want to play while the water is still deep, get in by around 14:00. After water play, wash feet well at the taps and take breaks in the shade to prevent heatstroke. For children not yet out of diapers, please bring swim diapers.
