A children's zoo with free admission located inside Osaki Park (大崎公園). Red pandas, flamingos, goats, rabbits, and more are kept here, and its richness for something free has made it a long-standing local favorite. The scale is just right, so even small children can make a full circuit before tiring, which is a real plus. On days when the petting corner is running, feeling the warmth of the animals directly makes for a precious experience. Since it is in the same park as the splash pond, the easy flow from seeing animals straight to water play is another appeal.

Tips

In summer the animals often rest in the shade, so cooler hours are better for seeing them move. Whether petting is offered and the opening hours may change, so check the park's official website. After touching the animals, always wash your hands before moving on to water play.
