This is the station building attached to JR Musashi-Urawa Station (武蔵浦和駅). With restaurants and a food floor, lunch is easy even when children want different things. The air-conditioned interior is just the right place to cool off bodies heated by the morning's walking. Buying any extra towels, spare clothes or drinks you need for the afternoon water play here means you will not be scrambling once you reach the plaza. Directly connected to the station, it is easy to reach by train and a welcome location on rainy days.

Tips

The restaurant floor gets busy around noon on weekends and holidays, so shifting a little earlier or to after 13:00 makes it easier to get a table. Securing plastic bags for wet clothes and some cold drinks here makes the trip home easier. There are other shopping facilities near the station too, so there is plenty of choice.
