This is a large shopping mall in Chuo Ward, Saitama City. With a food court and restaurants available, you can put together a lunch that satisfies everyone even when the children's tastes differ. The air-conditioned interior is just the right place to cool bodies overheated by the morning's walking. If you top up here on the towels, spare clothes and drinks you are missing for the afternoon water play, you will not have to scramble once you reach the plaza. There are nursing rooms and baby rest rooms too, so it is easy to get around even with an infant.

さいたま市中央区の「水とふれあいの広場ジャブジャブ池」です。2026年は7月1日(水)から9月30日(水)まで、広場の開放は9:00〜17:00、ジャブジャブ池は16:30までとなっています。7月24日(金)は清掃のため利用できず、悪天候・清掃時も休止になります。ジャブジャブ池のほかゲートボール場があり、地域の人が日常的に使う身近な広場です。利用は無料で、ペットの同伴はできません。プールのような深さがないので小さな子でも安心で、3か月にわたって開いているため、真夏を外して9月の残暑に訪れるという選択もできます。

Tips

7月24日(金)は清掃のため利用できません。この日は避けて計画してください。悪天候・清掃時も休止になるため、出かける前にさいたま市の公式サイトで当日の状況を確認しましょう。ジャブジャブ池は16:30までで、広場の開放より30分早く終わる点に注意。ペットの同伴はできません。水遊び後は水道で足をよく洗い、こまめに休憩をはさみながら遊んでください。

Tips

The food court gets crowded around noon on weekends and holidays, so shifting a little earlier or after 13:00 makes it easier to get a table. Securing plastic bags for wet clothes and cold drinks here will make the trip home easier. The parking lot is large and the location is easy to reach by car.
