This is the Kitamoto Children's Park Seseragi Stream inside Kitamoto Children's Park (北本市子供公園) in Kitamoto City. It is usually open from late April through September (in 2026, around Saturday 25 April to Wednesday 30 September) between 9:30 and 17:00. It is closed on the fourth Monday (or the following day if that is a public holiday), so plan around those dates. A small waterfall, a stream and a shallow splash pool are linked together, and being able to follow the flow of water is what children enjoy most. There is also a bouncy dome, slides and a fountain area, so when they tire of the water they can switch to the play equipment and back again, keeping busy all day at their own pace. Tips
