The Senri Chuo Park Fountain / Stream is a free water feature in a park on a hilltop in the Senri New Town area of Toyonaka City. In 2026 it operates year-round from Thursday, January 1 to Thursday, December 31, from 9:00 to 22:00, with stoppages for cleaning and inspection on May 11-15, June 1-5, July 6-10, August 24-28, September 14-18 and October 19-23. Having all three water elements together, a fountain, a stream and a waterfall, is this park's great distinction, offering three ways to spend your time: getting splashed by strong jets, walking in shallow flowing water, and watching water fall. The grounds have a roller slide and an observation deck, so you can dry off while playing on the equipment and then look out over the Senri townscape from high up. Admission is free, and because it runs year-round you can build it into your plans in any season, which is its greatest strength.

Tips

There are six cleaning and inspection stoppages a year, so check the dates on Toyonaka City's information page before you go. The floor and stones of the water features get slippery when wet, so water sandals that stay on your feet are safest. Assuming there are no changing rooms, a wrap towel or poncho you can put on over your clothes will make changing easier. The park is on a hilltop and you climb a slope from the station, so bringing plenty to drink is wise.
