About this spot

This is a commercial complex in front of Senri-Chuo Station, where the Kita-Osaka Kyuko Railway and the Osaka Monorail meet. Restaurants, a grocery floor and household goods shops are gathered together, so both lunch and shopping can be finished here. Being able to eat in an air-conditioned space means you can get through the peak heat around noon without wearing yourself out. The park is within walking distance, so you can move on comfortably even carrying your bags. Being able to top up on towels and changes of clothes, which often run short during water play, is another reassuring point of routing through the station area.

Tips

Restaurants get crowded at lunchtime, so going in before 12:00 or switching to buying food on the grocery floor and eating in the park will cut down your wait. Opening hours differ by shop, so check in advance. Carrying one light layer in case the air conditioning is strong will keep you comfortable.

Allow about 1 hour 15 minutes. Planning to spend the peak heat indoors is recommended.
